Hi good morning everybody. Today is 30 minutes of cardio and the floor work and abs of PS legs and abs. I will finish tomorrow my rotation with ME. I will start on 1 of february the january rotation, the rotation of this month. Maybe in the next week the shipment of hardcore will be posted but I will have to wait 10 days to receive the dvd by CK sales. Have a great Saturday.

Hi I have finished the cardio part of my workout. I have done the four kickbox circuits of hardcore kickbox circuit with Janis Saffell and Guillermo Gómez, the ctx cardio kickbox finishing with the back and front kicks, the kickbox segments of power circuit ,Judy there are ice breakers in power circuit too, the kickbox segment of 10,10,10 and the 2 kickbox segments of circuit max too.I will do the floor work and the abs of the PS later.Enjoy your workouts as much as I do.

Good morning Mariángeles! I am so glad you told me about the Janis Saffell, Giullermo Gomez kickboxing workout as I really like it!

I am hoping to do S&H legs, some abs and maybe some yoga today. Enjoy the day ladies....:)..Carole
 
Afternoon ladies,

Haven't done Hardcore kickbox circuit for a while. Thanks for reminding me:)

Well today I did Imax2 and it seemed to be so effortlessly today. Don't know why, cause tomorrow TOTM starts and I don't feel energetic at all. But I was hopping and skipping and jumping with the rest of them and it felt so easy. I have to admit I never do jumping jacks because of a stress incontinence problem (sorry). I modify by simply jumping high with my legs toghether. But I do do the jumping plie squats from interval 9 (no problems there).

Then I did S&H Chest, Triceps&Shoulders. And had a nice stretch and long long shower.

All in all a good 2-and-a-half hours workout.

Now I'll be watching Monk and Sherlock Holmes, making a minestrone soup and cleaning the living room at the same time. Isn't it great to be a multi-tasking woman:)

Morning Everyone,

I will be doing a run on my treadmill and Tae Bo Ab Focus today. We got a lot of snow last night and it is still coming down. DH and girls are now outside shoveling and blowing snow.

We will be going to a party tonight. All the food! Ugh! Temptation is not a good thing! :9

Good morning,

Just a quick message to say that I did SJP Step and Muscle Endurance this morning. I lowered my weights in ME for quite a few of the moves, in order to keep my heartrate within a good range, but it still wore me out. That workout is as much cardio as it is weights!! Love the bicep burn, though. Misread my notes and almost did them with a 30lb barbell (can you say SOS??). Thank heavens I caught that in time!!!

Good Morning ladies! i hope you are all having a lovely Saturday. So far, so good for me. AFter yesterday's owrkout i am not sure what i am going to do today yet....it's supposed to be BC but i did circuits yesterday.....mabey SB since i missed it. I hate getting behind!!!

GOOOOOOOOD MORNING!

Well, you all know how my DH and I have been trying to conceive our first baby. Well I took 2 tests- both POSITIVE!!!!!! I am still so excited I don't know what to do with myself. My DH is in disbelief-he still thinks I might get my period-I explained the process to him and he just doesn't get it (haven't we had this discussion about my DH before?;)).

I haven't done a workout today - I keep putting it off because I just keep going back to stare at the tests.:) I think my heart rate is so high, I AM working out right now:). I have never been so happy about sore breasts in all my life:)

My parents are stopping over and I just have to tell them. I am terrible about keeping secrets-especially this one.

I can't wait to be a mommy.:+

I'll check in later but right now I'm going to go skip around my house some more.

Hey, now we have 3 pg ladies on our daily check-in! Congratulations, Wendy!

Yesterday was my off day, which was perfect timing since I went to bed late the night before and had to do some early things for work. Last night I was so tired I went to bed at 8:30 and slept 10 hours! What a fantastic Friday night.

Today I am fighting off a bit of a cold, but I still feel pretty good. Good enough to do Power Hour for the first time. I have to say, this may be my new favorite. It covered everything pretty well, in only a short amount of time. Uh, an hour. The only thing I thought it was a little light on was hamstrings.

Tonight is a work party (the holiday one scheduled for January). The focus is desserts. I'm eating next to nothing today, to be able to enjoy tonight!

Tomorrow is Rhythmic Step for the first time, which I understand is a killer choreography-wise. Oh well, I have to do it sometime!

Wow, Wendybdh becomes pregnant, and suddenly my own body decides to start feeling it!! Wendy, what happened? Were my hormones subconsciously waiting for you to catch up? I'm feeling veeeeery tired today. And the stomach was on a rollercoaster ride this morning. Just when I thought I might be getting off easy this time around........

Anyways, how are all you non-reproducing women doing? Your workouts are sounding like some tough stuff, as usual!

Sandy - what CTX workout did you end up doing? How'd you like it? I agree with you about the music - there must have been other stuff around at the time!! I wouldn't find it so trying if she hadn't been so repetitive in using it at the time. It's the primary reason why I don't see myself ever doing solely a CTX rotation.

Annette - your feet problems sound soooo frustrating! I don't have this kind of problem, so can't offer advice, but am happy to offer empathy and support!

Jes - holy smokes!!!!!! You came back with a bang, didn't you??? That was some bruiser of a workout yesterday! Are you recovering today?? Glad to hear you're still going to talk to the doc about the migraines. They must make life very difficult. At least, they made my life more difficult; I missed your posts :)

Dutchie - I've got stress incontinence, too. It can be very frustrating. IMAX2 felt effortless, huh? I guess it's time for BlastMania then! }( The minestrone sounds delicious!

Wendybdh - LOL! I'm pretty sure your heartrate has been off the charts for most of the past 24 hours! I hope you really celebrate today!

Foodie Sue - not only am I feeling pg exhaustion and nausea, I'm also beginning to crave high-protein, high-fat foods. Your dessert party would be the end of me. Have a great time!! I know RS so well that it seems impossible to consider the choreography difficult, but yes I do have vague memories of being very frustrated with it at the beginning. Once it all clicks, it flows so well, and the workout is great!

This weekend I am going to begin dismantling my office :) :) :)

Hi Again,

I am still so excited and just starting to come down from my pregnancy high!:)

Thanks everyone for wishing me well- I am still so excited.

My parents stopped over today and I gave them a letter I wrote saying how much I appreciate all they do for us and at the end I told them that they are amazing parents and will make amazing grandparents. I concluded with "Yes, I'm pregnant." My mom immediately started crying and my dad gave me the biggest hug ever. They are just so wonderful.

I had to workout today (otherwise I feel miserable)so I did the Viper. In case your wondering, yes I modified. I figure I better just leave Bootcamp and the Gauntlet alone for now.

My DH is finally catching on and realizing that I actually am pregnant. I'm surprised it's only taken about 6 hours! I figured it would take a day or two, at least.;)

Dutchie- I bet you're exhausted after that workout, huh?

Laurie Mac- I know what you mean about the snow. We only got a few inches here but I live in a rural community and it is blowing pretty fierce right now. Hopefully it will clear up, DH and I are supposed to go for dinner with some friends. Have fun at your party.

Sandra- Nice workout but sorry if I jinxed you into feeling pregnant;). The bicep work of ME is in the Viper and holy cow they are killer. I used 10lb. dumbells and had to do every other rep at the very end.}(

Jes- how is your head today? So what workout did you decide on?

Foodie Sue- Rhythmic Step is so much fun. Combos 1 and 2 aren't too bad. I definitely thought combo 3 was the trickiest. Sandra and I just talked about how great the shoulder routine and it's music is in Power Hour. I also love that workout since there aren't any leg presses. Anyway, hope you feel better-I'm sure that extra sleep helped. Have fun at your party.

Wendy - I am so looking forward to joining you and Sandra on the pregnancy bandwagon.

First of all, CONGRATULATIONS Wendy! That is amazing news!!! I am soo happy for you:7 :7

I did RS today, wow that was so much fun even though I got VERY frustrated with combo 3. I know I haven't done it in such a long time but I was one cranky girl trying to get this one (I do blame my crankiness on the snow blowing as we speak!) I have to say this too.....even though I was sweating like a pig in the middle of august, I actually found it A LOT easier than the last time I did it! WOO HOO that means I really am not going on a downward spiral like I previously thought after missing what seems like lots of workouts lately}( :7 :7 :7 !!!

Sandra, oh boy I missed yet another one yesterday I must confess.....I got home later and by the time I finished a few things my best friend called me and of course we yapped for a good while so I was not about to start Cathe at 10pm, LOL!! However I am feeling energized after finishing RS soooooo I think I am going to attempt the CTX upper body split that is so famous, or shall I say infamous around here!!

Mariangeles, great workout.....I think I want to do a little kickboxing too......hey what the heck I have plenty of time and nothing else to do as I'm stuck in the middle of a disgusting snow stormx(

Jes, how's your head feeling today?? Want to fly up and experience some snow????? I would love to fly down to you to experience 70 degree weather once again...ahhhhhhh:)

Laurie Mac, yeah we are getting dumped on here in NJ too...I am already going stir crazy, ughhh!! Have a feeling tomorrow I will be needing to dig a tunnel to my car:eek:

Foodie Sue, yes RS is soo much fun but that combo 3, unless you practice it all the time, makes you crazy because it seems SOO confusing!

Well gotta go take care of the laundry...yes I know it's a very exciting weekend for me, how am I going to handle all this craziness?? LOL!
