Good Morning everyone! Well, I thought I might be too sore to do a tough workout today but I ended up doing Yvette "step cardio w/ legs/shoulders & back. It was awesome!! I went lighter in the upper body weights but still got a great burn. Love her.

I hope you're all doing ok!! I'll check in later. Linda did you do the PHAT 3 that you requested yet? Maybe I'll do that tomorrow.

Today I went to the gym and did 15 minutes on the stair machine and then did 47 minutes on the elliptical machine and did about 17 minutes of biceps, triceps and abs. [emoji16]

Hi girls, tonight I did Cathe- blender mix from Hard Core series, for legs & abs.

Peg, I was working this AM so not able to join in the PHA class. Hope to do it very soon.

Hi ladies,

Thursday ended up being another rest day for me. I seem to have gotten the flu that Magnus has been sick with all week, so splitting headache and a really bad stomach ache. So bad that I called in sick this morning (Friday), despite it being my first week back at work.
