Good Morning, Lovely Ladies!
I get to go first today. This morning I did Cardio Kicks & PH Abs with an 8lb med ball. I get up at 4am to workout because the rest of the day I have no time. I like it that way because then it's over with and I don't have to worry about it.

Morning ladies,

First of a question: can you lift your boobs by doing chest presses etc? I ask cause I was trying on two new sleeveless shirts I bought. I was trying them on without a bra (I'm a cup B/C) and I just stared in the mirror. It looked like I had had a boob lift. I couldn't believe it. And the shirts were kind of loose fitting, so it wasn't like the shirts were holding them up. You think it is possible?

On to today's workout: Kickbox Mania. This is about 90minutes of KPC w.u. plus drills, CTX kickbox only w/o w.u. and Cardio Kicks w/o w.u but with the stretch.

I feel great.

Hi ladies,
I did 60 minutes Gliding and my cycle day #4 today.
Carla, I like getting my exercise done in the early morning too. Makes the day longer and more productive for me.
Dutchie, most defenitely you can lift them with chest press. Also, the incline chest press gives a nice cleavage and lift to them too! Congrats!

Hello everyone,
Today is a full body weight lifting, followed by 1 hour of stairmaster, followed by an easy hike up Mt. Douglas (in Victoria) with a friend. We then plan to go get a good cup of coffee, sit, chat and relax. After that I think I will probably take a nap!

Today was Seasun's Rock Steady Step. I am going to try and follow Cathe's Feb rotation, but was not up for Imax this morning.

Dutchie-Doing decline pushups help that area too. That's a great exercise and helped "lift" me up.

Today is a cardio day for me; I did 45 minutes on the bike followed by ab work. I was in the gym or I would have done something by Cathe... perhaps I will do some intervals from IMAX2 when I get home, I still need to figure out the choreography...

Wendy...congrats on gettong BodyBlast...I love those workouts and SJP is alot of fun.

Welcome Anne....I'm on the West Coast too...and I remember ordering right on July 4th, so we will see.

Dutchie...I actually have gotten used to working my legs before a run. Seems to feel good when I run, but yesterday I did TS5 the L&G workout revised a bit instead of S&H. I did have a great 8 mile run...Yes I have heard you can lift the chest area with chest work...good for you, now if I could just makes my A's bigger that way...:)

Marie...once you do get the choreography in Imax2 it'll be so much fun for you...:)

So today I am doing PHH abs, Shoulders & Back and hoping for about a 10 mile run....the weather here has been wonderful...:)

HI all,

oh,Carla this is a great idea using medicine ball in PH abs-I'll try it next time.

I prefer make my routines when I get up too, I feel in the same way like Carla-don't have to worry about make my workouts during the day- I don't feel me happy without exercising and I have negative actitude all the day. So,in the morning I am working out and have no problem with myself.

So,I did SH shoulders; 30 min the first part of MIC and PH ab routine(without medicine ball but still feel it).

Morning Everyone,

Well I did attempt to do Imax Extreme last night, but couldn't find my DVD. Sooo I did C&W and immediatly afterwards started hunting for the lost DVD.x( Didn't take long to find. It was behind the DVD rack. :) I will attempt it on Friday when I have CM scheduled.

Tonight I will be doing PLB and a run on the treadmill.

Today was Kick, Punch, and Crunch for me! Nice break from the step choreography, but I was upper cutting when I should have been jabbing!:)
 
Today was Mindy Mylrea's awesome intervals. I was not up for Imax either and so I thought I should try another interval workout. Awesome Intervals is not nearly as tough and Mindy is so hyper--I am still trying to figure out if I like her!
 
I am following the Feb rotation also, but am a day behind, so it was SJP for me. Imax tomorrow? Oiyoi!
 
Good Morning! And I thought I made it out of bed early, but you guys take the cake! :)

Today I did HSTA! I love that workout!! All those leg presses...}( }( I get off early today to teach a pilates class, and after that I will do either MIC or Imax to catch up. Yesterday was supposed to be a run, but the weather didn't cooperate and I ended up working late again and by the time I got home, I went strait to bed........it was a long long day.............but today I was up and going early and off early, so it should be a productive day :+

Thanks for all the tips on the chest work! I might add some of those decline pushups for that added benefit ;-)
 
Today was a shoulder and leg day so I did PUB warm up, then shoulders then did CTX Shoulders and floorwork only off of PLB for legs.:) Hoping my new Kickbox tape comes today. Have an appointment this afternoon to see the doctor about my big toe pain.:( Pray it is nothing too serious!!:eek:

Good morning!

Another early riser here. And yes, I do it then because it's over with for the day, and makes me feel great. I no longer actually *have* to get up at 5am to workout, but I sure do like having it over with so early. And I never run into a situation where something unexpected comes up to keep me from working out.

This morning I did Basic Step (on 8 inches, so I would break a sweat), then PS Legs & Abs. It was a very effective workout, and I'll definitely be feeling it tomorrow, but I have to say that I find PS LA sooooooo boring. The standing leg work is okay, but the floor work drives me insane. It's so extremely repetitive and drawn out. Ugh! Cathe has gotten so much more creative in her recent series that it's hard to go back to her older style.

Foodie Sue - I always read the previous day's check in to make sure I catch up on the late posters. So, be assured that at least one person is reading your posts :)

The February rotation looks really, really good. Too much running for me to do right now, though. Our sidewalks are sheets of ice at this time of the year; too dangerous.

Hi good morning.Yesterday I did not exercise because I was I am in the days everywoman have and I had a headache. Today I feel better. I am going to do PLB and i will practise with Step heaven of Cristhi Taylor.

Reba HSTA is not my favorite workout, I hate the leg presses, but It is an intense workout.Those arm dips are killers.

Hi Mariángeles, actually I made up my own 90min kickbox workout using all of Cathe's kickbox workouts. I sometimes add on the kickbox sections from CTX 10-10-10 as well. It's a nice but tough workout. I do get little breaks when I switch DVD's though.

Hello everyone.

I guess I'm late today, huh? lol

Well I did ctx kickbox last night and my backside started hurting again so it looks like I will have to shelf the kickboxing for a while. ;( I seem to be fine today though so I am hoping I can exercise tonight with out a problem since kickboxing is not on the menu. I'm just going to have to do an alternate cardio when kickbox comes up in my rotation this month. I don't recall what is on the "menu" for tonight...I think it might be LL! OUCH! lol I love it though!:)

Hope everyone is doing well....I'm off to eat my lunch now!
