Daily check in 19 April

woops forgot to check in long ago! Seriously, you guys are so motivating! You all are awesome!

Did Imax 3 (with a few interuptions from by lil' guy) and ME. I am good and fried. I am getting the steps down in Imax 3 but goodness she moves fast! "Did you catch that?" No. "You're doing great!" As I trip over my step..lol.

Hi again. My workout is done. I have done the warm up, the cardio kickbox and the shoulder exercises of the workout 4 of the timesaver, after to increase the intensity after the weight segment I have done the hi/low of the workout 2 .After I have done the back/core segment of the same workout. To increase the intensity again I have changed the dvd (I don't have a multiplayer) and I have done the kickmax blast challenge. Afetr I have done the chest/triceps of the timesaver workout 1 and the biceps/core of the timsaver workout 3. I have finished my workout with the KPC stretch in the timesaver workout 3.It has been a great workout using two dvds only: the timesaver and kickmax. See you tomorrow.

Hello ladies


Hey Everyone!!! Another beautiful day here in good old Indiana 80's and sunny!! Today my brother came over to do P90X Plyometerics...he did pretty good!! He is going to come over tomorrow for shoulders and arms and ab ripper X...That is if he is not too sore from
today..LOL..

How many of you are digging out your tank tops, to show off your arms and shoulders???LOLOLOLOL

Today was:

P90X:plyometerics and 3 sets of 12 leg presses on the high step and 3 sets of barbell squats and 3 sets of low hover squats over the high step and 3 sets of calf raises on the step and 2 sets with 30 lb dumbbells...Then I was toast!!
