Daily check-in 19/06/2005

Hello ladies

I haven't been here for a while, but I had a wonderful wo so I'd like to post it....
After spending the whole morning at a soccer tournament it took me some effort to start doing something, I was tired. But it turned out great:
Spinervals Red Zone -- 1 hr spinning intervals -- that was just a killer. It was followed by Taebo Abs for 30 min. Now I'm happy....

Thanks Tammy...:)...I never thought I would ever run for that long....but you really can train your body if you want to and you don't suffer many injuries. Another good site is www.coolrunning.com ...:)...Carole
