Hi good morning, yesterday I did the punching and kicking premix of KPC, the TJ both cardio parties, the TJ 20 minutes workouts, the TJ ab jam and the firm it up from the slim series. Today I will do Turbo Jam, TAEBO, shape it up from the slim series and the lower body cardio blast premix of the Cathe's new dvd. Have a great day everyone.

Yesterday was suppose to be ME on the rotation but with the Apple Festival and everything else going on yesterday, I couldn't fit it in. Today is a scheduled rest day, so I'll catch up and do ME today.

Hi Mariangeles, Jane and everyone who follows.

I am sick with a bad cold so no w/o today for me. Today is the big day for Joey! Let's hope it all goes off w/o a hitch! All of the prep work and it's finally here! :+

Very excited about Cathe's new work outs! Pre-ordered on the very first day and can't wait to get them!!!! :7

Good Morning Everyone!

Scheduled rest day for me, and I'm taking it!!!!!!!
Yesterday I did a disasterous MM! MM itself wasn't bad, but doing it in the middle of the day on a weekend, was a STUPID idea for me! I had 101 interruptions and my focus was SHOT and I did hang in there and complete it, but my mind was elsewhere halfway through, so I'm not sure how much good it did me. I think I'll stick to my early morning workouts from now on!;-)

Today DH and I will still walk death hill or go to the state park and hike in the woods because it's going to be beautiful out today and we find ourselves with nothing we HAVE to do today! HOORAY!:D

Wendy , good luck today and I sure hope you feel better soon! The timing for you to get sick is rotten!!!

Jane, enjoy ME! Maybe the day off was a good thing for you, because doing PLB and MM the next day wasn't great for me..... today I have doms on top of doms!!!

Don't ya hate it when you get interrupted so much that your w/o seems useless? I usually just stop and wait until I can continue interruption-free. I had to do that earlier in the week as Joey was an unhappy little boy one day. :-(

Today: total body circuit- I'm choosing HSC with bike for cardio. Then mass, a trip to the apple orchard for apples and peaches, and supervision of homework / watch Buffalo Bills on TV, and finally family dinner. aahhh Nice Sunday.

Good morning all, it is a BEAUTIFUL morning here in SE Minnesota.

Today is a rest day. I think I'm going to go shopping and enjoy the day, probably buy some fall-ish decorations for my house and outside. I am going on a hour long walk with my mom, too, while my DS is in Sunday School. Also, the Vikings are playing so I will probabaly head down to our bar and watch that after shopping. Or maybe go for a hike at Whitewater State Park only a few miles away. I love hiking in the fall the leaves are so beautiful and it smells so good.

Tammy...the mish moshes have been fun after getting the DVD/VHS player...not sure I'll ever get a multi disc player, but you never know..

Sandra...hoping today is the day for you! I know your workouts will help you so much after your baby comes. She could come out doing step aerobics I think!!

I haven't checked in in a day or 2--I think I have what Wendy has. My cough has held on for over a week now. I've not been able to complete my rotation this week because I end up in these horrendous coughing fits. The most I've been able to do is some light cardio and will do the same today.

Holy, I'm really late, I had to dredge this thread up from page 2:p

Today I did the upper body x3 premix from Push/Pull. I hadn't done it before and really liked it and will certainly do it again. I really didn't like PP on VHS but the DVD version has won me over. You know you got a good upper body workout when you are trying to put a rinse in your hair and it just plain hurts to put your arms over your head:7

I've had the same thing happen! Been washing my hair and had to let my arms hang for a second cuz it hurt too much holding them up!!:eek:
