Daily check-in 16/07/2005

Hello everyone- Today will be imax2 then plb and some more ab workout. I am not feeling to motivated as I slept later then I wanted. Oh well plenty of time to get going on this. I have grocerymax on my list today too and friend max tonight. I went to the doc last wednesday and I have some news that isn't bad but kinda bumming me out. I will turn to the forums when I am ready to get some good feedback on the subject. Until then I am trying to let it sink in and be ready to ask all of you for advice and experiences. Thanks fro always being here.

Hey Terri, sorry you got news that bummed you out. It still amazes me how much working out helps me sort through life's inevitable road blocks and sharp turns, I hope it helps you through this. Take Good care of yourself and it's our pleasure to be here for each other:)

Terri...you are right as this is a good place for when we have some problems. So many have helped me too. I sometimes have things going on that I can't seem to share but I know I can always come here for cheering up or workout and it does help. Jane, I use dried ones myself. But the first time I tried them...http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/t/splat.gif[/img]...WOW!!! now it seems I have gotten used to the heat a bit and I find I am truly addicted to chipotles!!!....Carole
 
Hi Ladies~
We do cheer eachother up very well! This check in is a great reality check and mood lifter. I enjoy reading about everyones progress!

I went back and did my own lung series again yesterday late in the day after doing PS all upper body and abs in AM. (My triceps have DOMS)

Today will be at most abs and stretch. I golfed 18 and walked again in the heat and that will be enough for today.

Carole~ What are some your your favorite lunge or LB add ons for free style? I am considering continuing with spinning & TB workouts and adding in LB free style training for a little while. Thanks.

Today was Warm-up and high intensity drills of KPC and push/pull (skipping warm-up, of course!!)

Tomorrow is my rest day!

I've been doing Cathe' consistently for 5 weeks now after a two month leave of absense from exercise. It is amazing the results you get from these workouts!!
