Hi good morning everybody. Yesterday I did Low Max and the 4 combinations of kickmax. Today I will do a Christi Taylor step workout. Have a great sunday everybody.

Good morning to everyone!!


I hope everyone is doing well today!!
I am hoping to workout after work this evening, but I am on call from 7pm-11pm..so who knows!! Plus one of the night shift 7pm-7am labor RN's is pregers and she is due any day now...So I will prolly have to work 16 hours today, because I will be the only labor RN on call at 7pm..YUCK!!! Oh well! Such is life!
I was too tired to drag my behind up this morning at 3am, to work out...I am such a bad girl this week!! LOLOLOL I guess a little rest is not such a bad thing, my ankles have been bothering me and they feel much better today..

Mariángeles: Hey girl!! I did not know that you liked Christi Taylor too..wahooooooo! I love her hi/lo workouts..too much fun!! Glad your back is better!! You go girl! Low max and 4 combos of kickmax!! YOU GO GIRRLLL!!! : )

Core Max: tough abs, and some captain chair leg raises on the power tower..oh those were killer the other day..abs are still sore from those.LOLOL

Hi Denise thank you very much.I am OK now.I love Christi Taylor too. Have you tried the fantastic four dvd?. It is marvellous. You have four workouts: hi/low heaven, step heaven, still jumping and still stepping. Still stepping is my favorite Christi step workout. If you like her hi/low try her step. I do both (hi/low and step) but I prefer her step style.Have a great day.

Hey, Ladies! Wow! Tough workouts!

Today was Low Max for the first time. I like it, and it's not too difficult to catch on.

I have to design a Power Point Presentation for school. I waited until the last minute to work on it. Yuck! You'd think as much time as I spend on the computer, I would be looking forward to this. I don't know it might be fun.

Denise - yuck at having to work a 16 hour shift and at getting up at 3. I don't blame you for giving that one a miss;)

Today I will be going for a run this morning, then later on, I'm doing the weights and ab sections from Body Max. I can't WAIT for Muscle Max and Core Max to arrive (I ordered them last week)!

Hey Ladies!

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend!

Yesterday was a rest day for me....went to the circus-that was fun. Then DH and I went out for dinner for our 2 year wedding anniversary which falls this tuesday. :) It was great-I got to eat my favorite foods until I was nice and full and then come home and collapse on the couch like a lazy slug and not have to worry about exercising!!! lol :p

Today I am going to my FIL's for dinner and I have to go food shopping. I am hoping to get my work out in at some point before I leave for my FIL's house.

I have PUB/PLB bonus premix on the schedule...looking forward to it b/c I have never done it before...I'm sure it will be fun!}( }( }(

Mariangeles: LowMax combined with KickMax...I'll have to give that combo a try someday.

Denise: I'm tired just reading about your work hours, let alone your planned workouts. Wow!

Carla: Good luck on your power point presentation. Sometimes I work better under pressure. I'm glad you enjoyed your first stab at LowMAx.

Good morning ladies....

Thanks for all your well wished for me friday. I did finish the 50K...WOW!!!}( It was tough. I did post in another thread Lynn started for me. Beatiful area and I did like the course until about 20 miles into it. I think my quads were done at that point...x( At 20 there is this very steep, rocky uphill that goes about a mile up. The only time I was contemplating why in the world I do this. But I kept pushing and when I got to about 26 miles I knew I'd finish, but not sure if I'd walk or run!!! It seemed the last 11 miles had alot of uphill, so I did walk alot. Buut I was so happy to see the finish I even kicked it in a bit so I wouldn't get passed....}( :+ :) My time was 6:55....and needless to say I am NOT running today!!! Some stretching these sore legs is what I have in mind. Then, relaxing on the couch all day...:)...have a great day ladies...:)...Carole
 
Carole, way to go, what a fantastic job on that 50k. Do I dare to ask if you take tomorrow off, or you'll just have an easy day? I was thinking about you today!
I did an hour cardio (30 min run and 30 min row) and did MuscleMax afterwards. Now I'm not leaving the couch until my kid's soccer game tonight!:)
 
Today was RS, 35 minutes on the elliptical, coremax and stretchmax. Ahh! Ifeel great. Tomorrow, MM, 1 hour step tape, 30 minutes elliptical, coremax and stretchmax; and then a nice warm, relaxing shower so I can go back to work.
 
Hi everyone!!

Today was MM upper body premix, followed by GS legs timesaver #1 and about 2 hrs later I decided to tack on C&W step premix and abs.....I do believe I am nice and toasted for today, lol}( :7 !!


Carole...WOW! Congratulations on completing your 50k!!! You never fail to amaze me, what an accomplishment:7 :) !! Cyber high fives coming at you:D

I had a nice run this morning, about 7K, which seems pathetic compared to Carole's 50!!!

This afternoon, went for a 6K walk with my SO, then this evening did Body Max weights and abs.

I know, I can't believe how time has flown by. I am in shock!!!:)

Oh yes, my baby is going NUTS in there at times! It's great! lol Sometimes it's quite hard and takes me by surprise or just a really "big" movement and I actually grab my stomach as if to say "hey, cut it out in there!" lol but I love every second. :+

Yes, I have the fantastic four dvd too..I love Hi/lo Heaven it is my favorite work out!! I have never done her step workouts, I will have to try one. Her music is great!!
