Good Day ladies. I'll get us started today as it might be the only chance I get today. Busy busy. Today I did about 30 min of Kristen Dowells Dressed up Drills, then 30 min lower body of Michelle Dozois Best body circuit. Something like that. I'm just wiped out and wasn't really feeling it this morning. The stress cometh!!
