Hello Mariángeles,

I did PS UB incl. abs this morning. Upped my weights with #2.2 for bb chest press, bb rows and bb bicep curls. Actually I was just to lazy to lower the weight on the bb after the chest press. But I did great. Actually, I think I could have gone heavier. Maybe next time ;-)

BodyMax without UB yesterday. I was sweating buckets! That 8 inch step and fast fast pace on that workout is deadly!

Today is a 30 minute run and a segment of CoreMax. I'll probably do 2, I am feeling the need for some knee roll-ins!

Top O' the Morning to ya Gals! :D

I can't believe more snow/ice is predicted over night!!! UGH!:-( I used to look forward to it in hopes of getting out of working! LOL Now that I don't COMMUTE to work ;) , I just dread it. :p

Anywho...

Yesterday I did LL-I didn't use any weight but still felt that BURN!}( ) then PUB down only premix and KPC kick and punch combos only.

Today will be cardio of choice, leg work and abs.

Mariangeles: How long do you usually work out for? It seems you are always doing so many things each day! You STILL amaze me!:)

Dutchie: What is #2.2 in pounds? Do you know? I'm just curious. I guess I want to feel like a wimp in comparison because I'm sure it's MUCH heavier than what I use! LOL

Jane: An 8" step!? YIKES! I am just starting to get comfortable on 6"! I love Body Max though. It beats the you know what of ya but it's lots of fun!:+

Tammy: As you can see I did LL yesterday. Great work out! Feel the burn baby!;)

Wendy...LL burns me with the light weights I use now...love that DOMS!....

Well I ended up taking a rest day yesterday. Felt like I was fighting a cold again...:(...so today I'll do some freesyle leg exercises, shoulders, bi's and tri's and a 4 mile run.

two European pounds (= 1KG) equals 2.2 american pounds. They're not equal. My smallest plates weigh 1 european pound each. So for me, there's a lot of calculating if I want to know what weight Cathe is using.

Hey Guys,

I missed you :) I have been ‘SICK’ since the last time we talked. I was off Mon & Tues returned to work Wednesday very weak. I haven’t worked out in 5 days or so. I‘m going to start back tomorrow wanted to build my strength back up. Anywho, ladies keep up the good work, ouch! LL that’s a goodie.

After work yesterday went home and got in the bed, I watched my new DVD GS Legs and it’s a toughie. I order GS BSB & Imax 3 yesterday, can’t wait. Okay back to work. I will talk too you guys tomorrow. Have a wonderful day.

L&G for me tonight :) since all of you ladies are doing LL - I have to be different. I just love what that workout does to me - results wise.

Took yesterday off I was tired. I needed the break! Funny how good listening to the body can be!

Hi,

I'm brand new to this forum, and I just received my first Cathe workout, Kick Max, yesterday.

For the last 3+ years I've been a hardcore Beachbody.com customer (and am even in the Slim in 6 infomercial), but I was looking for some variation with great INTENSITY.

One of my Beachbody peeps referred me to Cathe's website, and from the look of the workout "trailers", Kick Max will be the first of many to come!

I'm looking forward to BRINGIN' IT with you!

Hi all, I did the first 5 intervals on IMAX 1 today and the abs off of PSSL&A! My energy really isn't there because I am fighting depression but I did it anyway.

I'm sitting here trying to psych myself up to do Step Blast and the remaining bit of Kickmax that I didn't do yesterday. I slept in this morning thinking it would help my silly stomach feel better. It didn't. Now I have a headache and my stomach has been silly all day. I want to work out!!!!!!

I just did Kick Max for the first time, and I LOVE IT!! Its kind of like Firm It Up (from Slim Series), Kenpo X (from P90X...and certainly like Kenpo X if it was on steroids), and Plyometrics (from P90X) all rolled into one twisted, out of control bullet train screaming down the tracks!

The intensity was just what I've been looking for. I'm ordering more of Cathe's programs today!

Welcome to the Forum Mark...:)...A very good desription of Kickmax. KenpoX was a bit boring to me but I loved PlyoX. Cathe's KPC is a bit more fun than Kickmax IMO! I think its great you are ordering more Cathe...you'll be hooked like the rest of us...:)...Carole
 
Welcome to the forums Mark. I love KickMax and KPC. My form leaves a lot to be desired but I'm working on it!:)

Just finished a 40 minute run with 10 minute w/u and c/d walk and CoreMax #2. I did three pikes!! They were a little wimpy, butt not completely up in the air but definitely more than I use to. I'm getting there!

Carole, I found that by using hand and ankle weights, Kenpo X became a bit more challenging, but it certainly doesn't compete with Kick Max.

I've reached a level where I could either maintain what I had, or reach out to find something to push the envelope. Being one to never settle.......the choice was easy.

I'm looking forward to more of the fun!
