No you didn't ramble, it's what we're here for right? I'm so sorry you are going through this but you showed your love and support by telling him that you loved him. I'm betting it's what he wanted to hear. I don't really know what to say, except that I'm praying for you and him and that I'm so very sorry for this and your sadness. HUGS!!

Hi ladies,

Today I did a practice run through of my Killer Kickbox workout. Not too bad just a tweak here and there. It is 47 minutes long and I worked up a sweat.

I lost another .8 pounds so that puts me at 41 pounds lost thus far, whooohooo! My interval workout yesterday did the trick[emoji6]! It is a plateau buster!![emoji16]

Today I did a Linda Wooldridge floor total body routine & a quick DIY power step-up routine. It was alright. Still coughing with a sore throat. Better than yesterday though.
(((Linda))) very sorry to hear your ex's health is not improving. I understand that you are hurting. He is taking stock of what is so dear to him and of course, you would be part of it. We don't stop caring just because the relationship wasn't working.

QOTD: I do shop on ebay. Not Amazon very often. I probably will more however as it seems Amazon's "bigness" is making a lot of other places have to close shop.

Hi ladies,

Still no workouts for me. I did go for a couple of walks with Mick on both Sunday and Monday, but Monday night I had a fever and all yesterday too, so I basically spent the day sleeping. After every feed both the baby and I slept. It seems to have helped, I am not completely fit today but feeling a lot better than yesterday. Today we will go for at least one walk as Mick has an appointment with the GP. Poor boy has sensitive skin and is prone to blisters so I want the doctor to have a look and advice what we can do about it.

I have never shopped on eBay, but I shop on Amazon all the time. Especially lately... just a few days ago I even ordered Pampers from Amazon U.K. as it was less than half price compared to here. Amazon is basically my go to shop for books, games, fitness stuff and now also baby stuff. I always order several things and don't pay for expedited shipping so it is all meant to come together, but instead the postman or UPS or DHL or at my door nearly daily. I guess it's because it's also other retailers selling through Amazon.

Amazon, matter of fact, I am awaiting several new " toys" from them!! One med ball should be here today, and
Hopefully another ball, tubing, and ankle weights Friday...another resistance loop from another seller probably
Won't arrive till next week. Everything free shipping, so I will be patient.

QOTD - I bought 1 thing on ebay - that's it. I sometimes shop on Amazon but I am with Elsie - independent retailers are going out of business because of online shopping so I like to help keep people in my neighbourhood, city etc.. employed - even if it costs me a few extra dollars each time. I buy a lot of psychotherapy books and try to purchase most of them from a psychology store near the University of Toronto. I love the variety, the feel of the store, opening the books etc - you just don't get the same feel online with a lot of things. How can you tell if a frying pan is thin and cheap until you touch it? Plus, I hate having to send stuff back via mail. Drag city!
