Thanks for the info Becky. I can totally relate to how you are feeling. When I'm doing a rotation heavy on the cardio, I miss my UB workouts and when I'm doing a rotation heavy on strength building I REALLY miss the cardio.
By the way, shoulders and biceps are my favorites too!
