Thanks for the info Becky. I can totally relate to how you are feeling. When I'm doing a rotation heavy on the cardio, I miss my UB workouts and when I'm doing a rotation heavy on strength building I REALLY miss the cardio.

By the way, shoulders and biceps are my favorites too!

Just wanted to say your workouts are amazing! I bet you can't wait to hold that little baby...it's so close! Any day now?

Hummmm, I countersank drywall screws in the ceiling using a heavy electric screw gun (thus a shoulder workout).

I tore down a plaster and lath wall, carrying buckets downstairs to the trailer and dumped them, (thus a bicep and leg workout).

I cleaned the bathroom on my knees, floor, toilet and tub and walls (thus a total upper body workout)

I carried laundry up and down the steps 2 times to put it away. (again a bicep and leg workout)

I vacuummed the plaster up with a shop vac ( thus a total arm workout)


How's that for variety on a Saturday!!LOL!!:7

You are bringing back the memories of how I felt when I was where you are right now! Makes me kinda wish I were pregnant again...YIKES :eek: !!! Did I really just say that!?!? :p :+

I can't wait for you little girl to be born...I'm so excited for you!

BTW-I THOROUGHLY enjoyed my rest day! :)
