Hi gals. Henriette, how are you feeling? You had quite a day with 2 hours of work. Very impressive. You did a nice mix of things too! I hope you're feeling strong! Linda, I love the Kelly workouts you're getting. Not all of Kelly's stuff clicks w/ me but those 3? Very nice. I did Plateau buster more than once before I decided I liked it. I keep looking at Dreambody. It has some decent reviews but from what I understand, there is NO warm-up!! What the hell is that?! Then again...what the hell am I thinking looking at more dvd's to get?

This morning I got up as usual for work and felt like a Cathe Live would be good so I did Sweat Blast (an older one). It had cardio blasts then weights. It was nice w/o killing me.

I miss our Elsie and I hope she's doing ok. We're thinking of you my friend. Hello to Siobahn, Annette and Missy too.
 
Hi Peg and all still to follow,

I don't really feel any different from yesterday's two hour session, but my whole back, lats and lower back... oh my!!! I seriously feel like I can feel the muscles growing!

Today was leg day, so standing premix from Gym Style and a 20min barre. I had hoped to do more again today, but Mick was not in a napping mood. He actually watched me do the whole Gym Style 30 minutes because I could not get him to nap and then I used his pram as my barre for the next workout and he finally slept for those 20 minutes.

He didn't even nap when we went for a walk... not sure what is up with him today, maybe after daycare yesterday he doesn't want to miss out on anything at home today.

Well tomorrow is a new day, who knows what that will bring.

Hi guys. Another day of the Next Step. I've almost got the vertical portion down. I'm -><-- close.

I'm doing some shoulder work also. Just a few sets of different exercises.
 
Hi ladies,

Henriette, we need a new picture of Mick, to see how much he has grown, hint,hint [emoji16], please.

Today I taught my disco circuit class to 10 ladies for about 51 minutes. And while my back isn't 100 percent yet, I went ahead and did some weight work. I did one or 2 exercises using light to moderate weight dumbbells and did high reps until my muscle fatigued . Felt good to get back at it. I had not done weight work since last Wednesday.

I also managed to get on the floor and do abs and floorwork legs. So strength training was 50 minutes.

Ran errands after the gym.

I went and tried on a pair of Levis skinny jeans (I currently own 2 pairs of size 10 but they are big on me now) size 8 and they FIT [emoji3][emoji16]!!! So I bought them[emoji2].

Kelly's Body Shop DVD workout.....done! And the dvds I mentioned earlier,.....ordered!:). I try not to call Mary too

Yes, Henriette, a pic of Mick would be so neat, if you can. Peg, never heard of Dreambody, gotta check that out too.
I know you all don't really do Leslie, but I have most of her workouts and do like her, and I think sometime in the
Near future, she is releasing some new workouts, I think I read That over on VF.
