Greetings everyone! I'll get us started today. Annette, I hope your BIL makes steady improvements. He's going to need strength and support.

Linda, depending on how long Cathe has the free trial, I might try it when I have time to really sit down and absorb it all. Don't give up on me yet.

Henriette, one of the new workouts (that had the hamstring roll-ins) killed me. I was sore for a few days. I'm still trying to figure out the new set as to whether I like it or not. None of them really excited me the first time through. I have Athletic step and I enjoy it. It's nice to do a step workout that has no complex choreography.

Today I did the Fit Split Boxing/lower body workout. It was better the 2nd time through. I love heavy weights w/ lower body.

Hi gals,

I am plum wore out[emoji20]between my 2 workouts yesterday and teaching my Interval class today to 9 ladies for about 65 minutes, I am beat. My legs hurt from the elliptical workout yesterday, add in the intervals today and I did 50 minutes of light to moderate weight dumbbells and cable work plus floorwork abs and legs to round out today, whew[emoji54]!! I am beat.

Now I have to go grocery shopping which means more walking on my already tired feet and legs.

I just got the go ahead to teach the Silver and Fit class on Monday, whoohoo!!

Feels like Spring with the temp at 69°F.

I'm working on Seasun Zieger's Next Step. I have the first part of the first combo down and I'm starting on the next. I'm loving the challenge. When I get frustrated I put in Rhythmic Step. I'm so glad it has warmed up, but my husband said it's getting cold again this weekend.

I'm pushing him to get back on the cycle. He's dragging his feet!

Today I did a push pull premix from fit splits. wow that was good :) I will do more fitsplits i enjoyed it so much

You ladies and your step. I don't have enough room to do step. Henriette - i dont like athletic step at all but i looooove athletic training.

Still resting my foot, it's still sore, but I did just finish one of my new muscle meltdown blender workouts, I did the
Chest workout. I used the really short RWH CT&S warmup which isn't too much leg movements, so hopefully
I didn't do anything bad.... kinda warm here today, but rainy. Yep, Missy, it's supposed to get really cold here
Again too, not looking forward to that!
 
Hi ladies,

Friday I did my workout early in the morning, at least what I consider early around 8 as Mick was already ready for a nap then. I think it was a new record, the lowest ever calorie burn for a workout! I did Slow and Heavy Bi's and Tri's, burning 100 calories in 50 minutes, but boy oh boy was I feeling a burn in my arms!

I considered doing a cardio w/o in the afternoon, but instead ended up going for a walk for a couple of hours instead so my body could rest a bit.
