Good morning Mariangeles and all that follow. Great w/o as usual Mariangeles. My DIL is going to let me try the TJ workouts, she ordered them and loves them.

Yesterday was a 40 min run with 10 minute w/u and c/d walk and CoreMax #2

Today is SS on the rotation but I don't have it so I was going to do the ME Express premix, but I believe I'll do the full length ME.

Hello Jane and Mariángeles,

I woke up at about 04:50 this morning, which was 15min. too early. Now what is 15min, you say, but when you're in your warm bed, that is a very long time to stay warm and cozy. So I turned off the alarm, I was awake anyway, right?

Next thing I know my son woke me up and it was 07:30 x(

I will try to get my run in this evening, but tonight is supposed to be about cleanmaxing the whole downstairs as I have company coming at 9AM tomorrow. So I think it is safe to say today is probably an unscheduled rest day :(

Hello Ladies.

Yesterday I did RS Step Combo 1 (first time on 6", learned it on 4")/SJP all step premix/ME leg press mania premix/SJP abs.

Today will be kickboxing for cardio, leg work and U/B work.

Woke up to a bunch of icey, slushy YUCK this morning! x( I need some stuff from the food store but don't want to take DS out in this...not afraid of driving so much believe it or not but of falling with him while walking out to the car!!!!:-(

I guess I'll be "SCROUNGING" for food today...GRRRRR.

I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit this afternoon!

It snowed last night so we have wind and snow and cold temperatures today!!:D :eek:

Did Power Hour's U/B work, Cardio Kicks (first 30 minutes) and L & G 15-20 mins of assorted non-weighted leg work.

I was going to sub ME for SS on the rotation today but instead I wanted to do the Gym Styles and I had some time so....

I did the the 30 to 36 minute timesaver premixes off all three Gym Styles... full body Gym Style w/o! Woo hoo...
 
As usual I"m the last one of you to post! I just did SB and L&G. Because of the banquet last night I took an extra night off SO I doubled up tonight!

Nice interval run - I'm thinking in the spring I may start running again. We have 18 inches of snow now... so NOT today ;)
