Good morning! Late check in for me again. I've decided to start sleeping in on Saturdays, and doing my workouts around 7:30am, instead of 6am.
I did Body Max this morning! Yes, you read that right. The 30 week preggo lady did the entire BM workout. Woohoo! Mind you, I did it on the 6" step, and kept it 85% low impact. Even with those modifications (and 30lbs of baby weight strapped to my body!), I got a terrific workout. Was quite drenched by time I finished }(

Shelley - thanks for offering to do the "Step Blast Step Height Comparison Study." I look forward to seeing the results! A government grant will be forwarded to you very soon and there are six conferences which you must attend to present your research results. Have you got the publication written yet?
