Good morning. Today I start the week 3 of the P90X. I will do chest and back and ab ripped. I will use my stationary bike too. Have a great Saturday everybody.

Yesterday was PLB, Core Max 3 and Stretch Max.

Today will be PUB and Low Max. Got to plant some pumpkin seeds before it gets too late in the season as well. Gonna be a really busy day. Got my list of everything I got to get done today...WHEW!

Good morning, everyone! I am doing HCX today, not sure which one yet. Probably the circuit w/o.

Hope that everyone has a wonderful day! It is going to be sunny and hot here (big surprise) so I will be doing Pool Max, too, I am sure.

Hello, Ladies!

Today was 30 min incline run on treadmill. Later will be stretchmax.

Today I will be finishing up getting things ready for the hurricane. We are already all boarded up. Now I have to bring my plants and patio stuff in. Also finish laundry. I am very anxious and can't sit still. Going 90 to nothin'.

Morning all...

Last night I did KPC and really turned it up a notch. I was drenched by the end. This morning I went for a 30 minute inline skate. Later on, I'll do MM.

Good Morning Fit Ladies!

MuscleMax is on the rotation for today (it's a good thing I like this one, as it pops up on the HC rotations a lot!).

If the weather holds off, I'm also going out for a run. If the weather doesn't hold off, then I'll add on some pilates.

I'm also doing some ShopMax for last minute items for the roadtrip and to pick up a 30# DB, as I borrowed my son's and he wants it back!

Missy: The circuit w/o from HCX is my fav...enjoy!

Carla: I will be thinking of you...good luck!

I did the Gaunlet this morning, I thought it was never going to end, how long is that workout? I like it though, it is a lot of fun.

I have to do some clean max, and some work max.

Today is a rest day...well, okay, maybe I'll do stretchmax and some pilates if I have time later...but that's it.;-)

DH is working a full day of O/T today so Joey and I are spending the day with w/his grandma (my mom).

Morning all! Today is a rest day for me as well. Can't decide it I want to do SJP tomorrow or do ME and then just add 30 minutes of additional cardio. Which one would probably give me a better workout? I'm thinking ME will probably give me a better strength workout.

Rest day for me also, my back is hurting and I am giving my legs a rest after doing them freestyle this week for 4 days in a row!!:eek:

hello all! i did no workout yesterdayx( today i AM doing what i was supposed to do yesterday! tris and chest and cardio. i haven't finished an entire workout since we got cak from the honeymoon, so i would really like to acheive that today. i think step only from IM3 or LM sounds good. i need to try my new rykas out}(

Hello Ladies,

Today is a run on the treadmill,pub and then some legwork as I am trying to give freestyle a chance and work legs 6 days a week. I don't really enjoy the treadmill as much as I use to but am determined to alternate one dat cathe cardio one day run. I think the FUN factor is so much higher with cathes cardio. Even though I use my ipod when running:) I have doms in my calves from PLB yesterday. Got to love those doms!

Good morning! Late check in for me again. I've decided to start sleeping in on Saturdays, and doing my workouts around 7:30am, instead of 6am.

I did Body Max this morning! Yes, you read that right. The 30 week preggo lady did the entire BM workout. Woohoo! Mind you, I did it on the 6" step, and kept it 85% low impact. Even with those modifications (and 30lbs of baby weight strapped to my body!), I got a terrific workout. Was quite drenched by time I finished }(

Jes - what kind of Rykas did you get?

Shelley - thanks for offering to do the "Step Blast Step Height Comparison Study." I look forward to seeing the results! A government grant will be forwarded to you very soon and there are six conferences which you must attend to present your research results. Have you got the publication written yet?

Late w/o again tonight. I needed to do a weight w/o as I've been very cardio-heavy this week but felt like a run, so I did a 30 minute run with a 10 minute warmup/cool down. The humdity was grueling even this late but it felt good.

Sandra - your pregnancy certainly doesn't seem to be slowing you down on your w/o's!! Amazing....
 
I'm a late night workouter today, too. I was only going to do the first 5 intervals of Imax 2 but I was having such a good time I just did the whole darn kit & kaboodle!! And I still can't find my KPC dvd! x( So if anyone sees a lost little KPC dvd, please direct him my way and I'll welcome him home with open arms!

I need a SHOWER!!
