Good Morning Fit Ladies!

I am heading out for yesterday's run (better late than never!), and then home for some ab work and hopefully a good stretch (I am feeling very stiff).

Good morning Mariangeles, Tammy and everyone else who checks in after me! :)

Today is some good old non-interval cardio...I will pick which one when I am ready to work out though.

My lats are soar this morning. I have upped the weight on lat exercises from 10 to 15 pounds over the past week or so and I am feeling it GOOD now! :) I just recently purchased a pair of 15 pound dumbbells...now I need 12's to fill in the gap and then I should be set for a while....If/when I get to the point that I want to go heavier I will have to consider a barbell. I want one but I really don't have the space to store it so that is why I haven't purchased one yet.

I'm sure I'll need it too, I'm off to do some Rhythmic Step & then Imax2. The thought of jello legs is killing me, so I may as well go get it over with.
I have the same thoughts on the barbell Wendy. I went thru old threads & they say dumbells are fine. Glad you're feeling good! }(

LOL. I know. I am really trying to blast my fat thighs. And ya know what, I don't know if I've lost anything on my lower half, but my upper half is looking F-I-T. I weigh & measure Sunday, so I'll see if I've got any results from this insanity then. I'll let you know.

Greetings check in readers and fit Catheites-

Nice workouts so far today.
My schedulecalls for PUB/PLB* bonus premix again. It went well on Wed. I did kept the weight a bit lower on leg exercises and did 12-16 reps for all sets. It really wasn't pyramiding, but it was a good work out anyhoot.
Yesterday for my cardio I did a spinningworkout on my bike while watching IMAX3; I tried to match the intensity of the workout. My bike has a HRM with it and wearingit was really helpful. I was pleased with the way the workout progressed. I finished up with Eion Finn Yoga 30". and SJP abs segment.

Wendy~ you mentioned PUB & PLB in same day. The 'Bonus Pre-mix' combines the 2 and does up format only and omits ab work and floor legs. It alternates upper and lower body. It is a nice total body workout sans abs. The only area it doesnt hit well are outer thighs.

Good Morning Everyone!

This morning on the rotation is interval work and I just don't have it in me. It's TTOM and I just am sapped of energy.
I got out the step, put on the shoes, put in the dvd and did the warm up and I was already sweating and lowering my step......so I think that's a good sign that today is NOT the day to push myself. I think I'll substitute a good , fast paced walk outside instead, then maybe stretchmax. That's more my speed today.;-)

Good Morning!

Today was S&H Sh/Tri, SJP premix, and abs. This evening a run.

I am on a mission to find gas and water. We are out. I need to fill up before the hurricane. I live in Florida, but might have to drive to Alabama just to get gas.

Have you ever noticed how wacky people get when there is an emergency! Makes we want to slap them!! Just kidding! That's not nice!

Finally slept last night. Woke up at 2:30 AGAIN but was able to go back to sleep.

Yesterday was GS chest and triceps in the a.m. and Rhythmic Step in the p.m.

Today... I believe I'll get in a lower body weight w/o.... not sure what yet.... and an interval cardio, one of the IMAXs... or I may just do a circuit w/o like HCXtreme #1 or one of the Terminators. Can you tell I'm indecisive today? If I do a circuit, I'll take out any upper body work, I am sore from yesterday's GS chest/tris.

Great workouts today! My mouth did drop after reading Kali's post, though...sheesh! You are a powerful lady!

Alarm clock issues today, just got up in time to do PP ( It was the shortest weight workout I could come up with in the 45 minutes I now had to workout, instead of the 70 minutes I had planned!) I went as heavy as I could to make up for the minimal time though.

Tomorrow I will be doing Franny's Cardio Parties hi/lo, I think, and ab hits.
Sunday will be Power Hour.

TGIF :) I almost fainted when I read Kali's first post until I saw she wasn't doing both RS and imax2 back to back! Still a good hard workout adding RS segment before imax2. I also love longer workouts but I do body max or premix from sb/sjp so not as intense. You GO kali! Good luck when you measre.

Ok today for me will be Step...I just have to decide which one. Maybe I will do the long pre-mix from SB/sjp. Later will be ME as I haven't done that one in a couple weeks. Good luck to everyone on their workouts.

Thanks Guys, but I am no more powerful than you or anyone else here.
We are all determined, fit women and I so thankful you are all here. I get my strength & motivation from you guys. And I also ask God to help me get thru the workouts. Remember a thousand mile journey begins w/ the 1st step.

Morning Everyone,

Today is GS Legs, Abs, and a run. I also have volleyball.

Tomorrow is opening weekend of the Ren Faire for me. I still have some sewing to finish. I was up last night until after midnight working on a French Hood. Tonight will be another late night for my DH and I as we get everything ready for tomorrow. I probably won't be checking in again until Monday.

Gotcha Judy. I really thought you were doing both work outs in full and back to back!!! That would have qualified you for bionic woman status!;)

Last night I was rushed as I went to the hairdresser after work, so I squeezed in Imax Extreme without the weight sections from C&W. Still a good workout, especially ending with that plie jack blast from Imax 2.:)

Tonight I'm doing KPC.

Good morning everyone! It's Friday - woo hoo! :)

This morning I did Interval Max for the first time - the simplicity of the moves is very deceptive. It kicked my @ss! I don't know how they do it on an 8" step. I was on 4" and I was working PLENTY hard. :p Great workout! I don't think I'll ever be able to do explosive lunges... I try and try, but alas, it just cannot be done. Cathe makes them look so easy too, so I feel like a huge failure when I can't do them. :( I just can't get the vertical lift to switch my feet - jumping is not my strong suit.
