Yesterday AM: S&H Shoulders
Yesterday late afternoon: PowerMax and Strech Max#1
In between: CleanMax and Errand Max

This morning: S&H Triceps
This evening: PLB (standing and floor work) plus StretchMax#3 on schedule
I still have some cleaning and some more errands to run plus I have to go into work for a couple of hours.

Crazy to think I could paint all day,then exercise. I was so tired! No painting but got to get some curtains and pillows. Will be finished hopefully today!

Today I will try to work in GSCT,GSBSB. Wish me luck! Got to do this before Nascar or after. Kasey Kane winning would definitely give me energy I need!

Hi Cathy, Kim and everyone who post later. Cathy great workout. Kim I hope you find the energy you need. Now is 2:28 PM in my country and I have just done PLYO X and the first segment of CM. After the lunch and a nap I will do the HE workout. I need rest after P90X. PLYO X is an awesome killer. Have a great day.

Today is my rest day but I have to do the ball work from the pyramids as I forgot to do it yesterday.

DH and I are going to a benefit for a local man with cancer. We are going cosmic bowling and all proceeds go to him for medical bills. How nice. :) After that we will probably go visit DH's cousin who has a pool so maybe we'll do a little swimming with Joey.:D Then it's up to my mom's house for dinner later.

Gonna be a busy day again today...it's a good thing I don't have a long work out to do or I'd probably be doubling up again tomorrow!

Today is the last day of my vacation - BOO HOO!

Good morning everyone,

Yesterday was steady state cardio and I was at DD's all day, so we went for a walk. She didn't want to run. I was very antsy during the walk because I wanted to break into a run so bad. I always walk too fast for her and she got a little aggravated with me. I didn't feel like I did anything at all. Today is circuit day but I think I will do steady state cardio today when I get home and circuit tomorrow.

Yesterday I did ME. I'm NEVER going to be able to up my weight on those &)*&#$ biceps!!!x(

This morning I went for my 30 minute run and will do a segment of Coremax later.
 
Today is bootcamp twice for me. Yesterday I did the planned workout for the rotation from aug05 then later did muscle max. So far all is well. A bit nervous yet excited about bootcamp double. I will let you know how it goes if I can still type afterwards. I don't think I will add on anything to this except maybe some extra abs later. Enjoy your workouts and rest days ladies.

Good morning, good morning!

This morning I did ME upper body plus abs and Legs & Glutes. This was the first time I did L&G in it's entirety so I'm pretty wiped! But what a great workout! I LOVED IT! I'm supposed to squeeze in a run but I have to hit the shower and take my daughter to her interview at Carson's. We'll see how my legs feel later - maybe I'll have to settle for an hour long walk with the dogs!!

Morning ladies. Today is my rest day. I always feel like I have no energy on my rest days. I might do some abs later tonight. Managed to stay away from all the bad stuff I was craving yesterday, so I'm proud of myself for that.

Hi again, Wendy and Carole were right. It has been a looong and haaard cardio workout.WOW as Tammy said. I was so sore during the KM blast challenge¡.I think I won't be able to walk normal tomorrow. I am sore, but its a good sore.Tomorrow I will substitute the P90X cardio with my stationary bike and I will do back and biceps and ab ripped P90X. I need a very light cardio workout tomorrow.

Wow, Mariangeles, that is insane, you must be in awesome shape.
I did the Gaunlet this afternoon, it felt very long, so I did nothing else. Yesterday I did KPC and Mary Winsor Pilates for the abs.

Hi everybody!

Ok, I think I am insane. I am on Day 2 of the August rotation
}( and I just finished IMAX 1 and still have to do the 200
walking lunges, let's see how that goes x( .

Yesterday I did Bodymax with only 50 jumping jacks :-( , but
I did all 80 pushups (on my knees modified ;( ).

I am not sure if I will be able to do everyday exactly as I
am supposed to, but I am trying :D .

This is my first rotation and I am really excited. Everybody
had really good results after the first week, so I decided to
try and shock my body }( }( }( .

Good Afternoon Fit Women,

Yesterday was horseback riding and then 5 min. power walk, 400 walking lunges with 15lb dumb bells, 200 jumping jacks, 100 dips with 10lb plate and 400 crunches on all angles with 10lb plate on chest. No DOMS.

Today work was focused on shoulders and bi's. Shoulder segment from Legs and Shoulder and Super Sets. Bicep curls from Tri's and Bi's.

Tomorrow will be Chest and Back, 8 set of 8 push ups and Tri's.

Hi Ladies!

Today was gym day. Went with my hubby while our son was in the daycare. He did really well & gave us a good almost 2 hrs! We did 30 min run - 15min steady state 15 min HIIT, 15 min elliptical, then heavy lifting for tris/traps & some ab work. We're both wiped, but in a good way. Enjoy the rest of your weekend everyone.

I certainly had a vey good wo today. Mental Toughness from Spinervals, that is 90 min lactic treshold intervals, followed by Navy Seal Chest, Tri's and Shoulders -- that is push ups unlimited. I'm toast..... Mari
 
hey...I made it....no falling today in my run!!! But Tammy, I did get into the water after I was done....wow!!! That felt so good.

Mari....so nice to see you posting back here. I really have missed you...as usual you are doing some great workouts....:)...Carole
 
Thank you Carole. May I attempt to sell you a spinning bike? You have no idea how torturous those workots can be...:) :) :) :) It would be a great crosstraining for running too! And there is no impact! :) :)
