Hi good morning everyone, Annette I will start the daily check-in today.

I am doing the Cathe's november rotation and I am posting in the rotation check-in. I will post here too.

Today is scheduled PUB and 20 minutes of steady state running. I will substitute the running with the cardio premix of KPC and the blast challenge of Kick Max. I will add TJ 20 minutes workout and stationary bike.

Hi. Is this a regular check in? I'm starting my 5th week back and am trying to figure out which check in is right to join
 
Hey Robyn! Congrats on getting back into your workouts, what a great feeling! For as long as I have been coming to Cathe's site, the daily check-in has been a staple of the open forum, it may be the original check-in, it's most certainly the longest running one:). Lately there has been a proliferation of other check-ins and this one has dwindled down some as a result. Anyone and Everyone is always welcome to post here:).

I'm drinking my first coffee and deciding what w/o to do today. It's feeling like a BodyMax morning, I need a good kick in the pants to get this sunny Sunday off to a good start.

Good Morning Fit Ladies!

Today for me is CC#3 on the treadmill, Body Target Pilates Abs and CM#1.

Mariangeles: I'm starting the November rotation tomorrow!

Wendy: Great pix of you and Sandy...you look as though you had a blast!

Laurie: I did BodyMax yesterday...it definitely jump started my day!
