Hi good morning,finally yesterday I did Bootcamp and 1 hour in my stationary bike.Today I will do Low Max and the TAEBO bootcamp abs. Have a great Sunday everybody.

Good morning,

Yesterday early: HSC and Gym Style Legs (floor work only)
Last evening: Gym Style Triceps (still using progressive overload-getting stronger with every workout..am now up to 15lbs/arm for lying and cross over extensions). In between, cleanmax, errand max and had to go to work for a few hours

Today:Shoulders (Slow and Heavy-progressive overload method), Biceps (Gym Style-progressive overload)
Tonight: Legs (Slow and Heavy-progressive overload).
Have some more cleanmax to finish up too.

Have a good Sunday. Maybe it will be sunny on the East Coast for a change:p
 
Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was carmax (shopping and then running DD to Bday party and picking her up, etc.)I stayed in that car almost all day as everything is so far away from me. :-( Anyhow, I did Back from Chest and Back when I got back and ran for 35 mins. It was a good run and I knew I pushed myself because I started to get dizzy, but didn't feel like I would pass out or anything. The best thing though is that my knees are not bothering me anymore and my hip flexors are not achy either. HURRAY!

Today will be Abs from ME and Power Hour. I am a KPC junkie so I am going to that one for legs and cardio after I get back from the pool.

Today I did CTX Power Circuit.I went as heavy as I could on the weight part. I haven't done that one in a while. This evening I will go for a run.

Then later I'll need to do some Yard max. The deer have helped prune my roses a bit...http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/3/fie.gif[/img] so I'll have to even things out!!

Morning Everyone,

Yesterday I did HSC. And today will be KPC and KM Leg Drills, after we get back from our Ren Faire rehersals.

Sandra, To answer your question on the walking lunges. It took me the amount of time my coffee maker takes to make a pot of coffee. Which is about 5 min. :) I should have probably done 200 more, but I didn't want to push it. The next time I have them scheduled I will do 400.

Carole - don't you love trail running? I have one that's about a minute's run from my house and I love that first trail run of the year. I suppose you get to trail run all year?

Well, I had strength training planned for today, but it's such a beautiful morning here that I got up and went blading. Did about 15 km, I think. My legs are feeling it. Later on I will do ME.

Hi Ladies,

I will work out later but wanted to wish you all good workouts. I will be trying body max for the first time. Then power hour and abs at some point. I won't be back until early evening so I should be good and ready to workout by then! 4 hours in the car round trip to watch my son skydive should have me ready to take on any work out. I hate sitting still that long! Pray the weather holds so he can ACTUALLY do the jump this time :)

Charlotte I am so glad your knees did well. I know the feeling of running with your knees hurting or hurting afterwards! I do it every other day and try to forget the pain when it comes. Easier said then done.

Yesterday I ran for an hour. Then did MIS. I really needed t do more abs but oh well!

Gooood Sunday mornin'!!

Yesterday I didn't check in, but I did workout! I did 90% of L&G. I skipped a couple segments so I didn't overwork my thighs and glutes. I could tell yesterday that my body was really going to be thankful for my Sunday REST day! :p

Ahhhh, yes! A rest day will be wonderful!

Awesome workouts everybody!! Rock on!

Good Morning.

Never got the walk in the park in yesterday with grandma (we were too busy shopping!:p ), but DH, Joey and I went down to Pt. Pleasant last night to walk to the boardwalk for a while so I guess I can consider that my walk for the day. It was a really pleasant night. Not windy at all and not even chilly. I had brought extra warm clothes for Joey and was expecting to have to use them but it was sooo mild out. I must gripe though...I had to change him and we couldn't find a restroom with a changing area/table in it!!! I ended up changing him in his stroller. Thank goodness we brought the stroller and not just the baby bjorn carrier I have. If we had brought that and no stroller I have no clue what we would have done! Gone all the way back to the car just to change him!?! GRRR!x(

We are having some company this afternoon. My step-sister and her DH are coming over for a bit to visit. I am not looking forward to it. I am not exactly fond of her. Her DH is okay but she annoys me! x( Oh well. Hopefully they won't stay too long...

So back to shopping! I bought a bathing suit. I wanted to buy a new one this year and now that my body is a whole new shape and size (atleast for a while yet) I REALLY needed one. It hurt to buy the size I had to buy but I still looked decent in it. I really like the suit...very cute...just wish it were smaller!:-( I am hoping it will become too big quickly though!:) Once it does, I'll just have to wear my old one. I would love to have a new one for our cruise in November but I SHOULDN'T be the size I am now and to shop for a bathing suit in a few months I'd have to go to a bathing suit store and spend $100.00. I had to do that once-for my honeymoon-I'm not doing that again!!!

Okay, I'm done babbling! You all may back to your regularly scheduled lives now!:p

That BodyMax workout is 90 minutes.... I didn't know this when I first did it. I have the video and it doesn't give the run time on the box. About 70 minutes into the workout when it showed no signs of letting up, I took a breather and went to Cathe's website and looked it up.... 90 minutes !!!! It is an excellent workout though.
 
This morning I did the Viper workout from the Terminator DVD.... wow what a workout.... may a run this evening if it cools off.... after a week of rainy 60 degree weather, it is 86 degrees here now in the Piedmont of NC. If it hasn't cooled off by 7 p.m. or so, I'll just try another Cathe workout, this time pure cardio.... after doing KickMax Friday night for the first time, which really made my arms sore (this was a surprise) and the Viper this morning, my arms and shoulders are screaming.....
 
OMG! Where did Sunday go, I feel like I'm just getting productive and it's time to start supperx( . I bought a beautiful wool rug yesterday and cranked something behind my left shoulder blade when I was carrying it and really felt it with my workout this a.m.

I love the Caribbean Workout that airs on the "Outdoor Living Network", they are a great add on to a Cathe workout. I was pleasantly surprised to see a Kickbox DVD which had 4 of their shows, 2 step and 2 floor workouts. I did 1 of each this morning followed by Stretch Max with the band. My shoulder complained a bit so I backed off. Hope it feels better tomorrow.

Yup, the days go too quickly on the weekend.

Yesterday I ran 35 minutes. Today was L&G. Owww.

After the Viper this morning, the run this evening was short, especially with the heat, still in the mid-80's at 7:30, geez...

1.75 mile rule, 1.25 mile walk.....about 38 minutes....
