Daily check-in 04/07/2005

Good Day All! Did my lunchtime BodyPump class today and gave 2 deep tissue massages this morning. My arms are toasted!! My eating has been off the last while and I need to get back on track, I'll do some full tilt cardio tomorrow. I'm really missing some of the workouts that I only have on VHS. I'm trying not to spend these days but think a cheapie little TV/VHS combo would be cheaper than replacing the rest of my Cathe collection with DVD. I am really missing MIC, how weird is that!!!}( :7

Carole, I read on another thread that you had a crummy run yesterday hope today was better:) Makes you appreciate the good days all the more.

I'm off to bake and cook for the lunch after MIL's Memorial Service tomorrow. We're looking forward to getting together and focussing on celebrating her wonderful life. We'll miss her and the special things she used to cook and bake for us, they always tasted so good because as she always said "I put love in it!":)

Sandra...ah, you figured me out...:)...no I had heard how well Lance was doing yesterday and thought about you and your DH. The run was crappy as I died about 7.5 miles into it. Not sure if it was the heat or just some stress during the week. But I felt great during my workout today! You are smart for taking the impact out now. Need to take care of that baby...

Laurie...yes it does make you appreciate the good days! That is so cool you are baking for your MIL. What a beautiful thing to celebrate her life and share those memories. She sounds like such a special lady...:)

My workout was great today, did Imax Ex until the last C&W segment. Don't much like "Build me up Buttercup"..sorry...then GS triceps and MIS shoulders and biceps...:)...Carole
 
Hey all. Today I didnt do too much bc it being the 4th and all. This morning I did the Tough Abs premix from Core Max and did a light run on the treadmill. Also not able to keep up with the 5 meals since its been such a busy day. Im still making good food choices but not sticking to my food plan as well as I should. Gotta get back to it full steam ahead tomorrow it looks like...but one imperfect day wont kill me!

Hi Ladies, Happy 4th of July!

I have been busy grilling, and eating, but I did get my workout early this morning. I did P90X Chest, back and the ab ripper. I will need to do some extra cardio to burn all the meat, cake, and watermelon, I ate today. As usual you ladies rock, awesome workouts!
 
Good Evening Ladies.

I don't even know if anyone will see this b/c it's so late but I wanted to check in AFTER my work out. I didn't end up doing power hour. I wanted some cardio along with the weights so I did SJP and got a little of everything in one work out. :) Power Hour tomorrow maybe?? We'll see...
