Daily Check-In 04/04/05

Ok I just finished PUB Chest and Back then I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit, I really like this workout and once I get all the choreography down I will really enjoy it more.:+ }( :)

Depressed about my weight but I will push through (I hope:+ )

Hey ladies! i was really planning on doing PLB today, but i woke up and my butt is so sore from all the jumping i did yesterday playing "tennis":+ so cardio only it is.......i think step blast or imax3 step only. btw, i updated my pic link with new pic of adorable dogs!

I didn't work out this AM because I was waiting to see if my new stuff arrived, and it did. Yahoo. :7 :7 :7 NOW the dilemma... do I do GS Back & Biceps as planned OR do I do LoMax on FitTV at 7 PM??? Maybe I will do both! ;)

Today is a jog and second half of MIC and PUB. Have a great day everyone - I am having horrible anxiety attacks today - I have a job interview tomorrow that has lots of potential and I am nervous beyond belief! Hope my workout take my mind off it!
 
Good evening, fit ladies!

Tonight I opted to do GS Back, Biceps, and Shoulders. That is a great workout although it takes a bit getting used to the band work. I also did Coremax #1, which I liked a lot. I managed to levitate SLIGHTLY one time, lol, the rest of that set I just tried and focused on the core.

I also watched part of LoMax on FitTV. Good lord! That one is definitely now on my wish list!!!
