Daily check-in 02/07/2005

Hi ladies! I don't usually check in on Saturday's because it is my rest day, but I got up and did all but the weight work on SJP. I still have serious DOMS from PLB the other day.
We were supposed to go to Flagstaff for the weekend, but DH is sick with a fever. I was looking forward to getting out of the heat, but I'm glad because we were going to see DH's parents and his Mom is WAY too good of a cook.}( Plus, I would have missed my workouts while we were gone.

Hey Everyone: Today was CTX upperbody split and some CTX abs. I like this workout, gets a really good pump in my arms.

Had a great Canada Day yesterday, made jam had a nice family dinner and then out for fireworks over Lake Ontario. I love these occasions, makes for some of the best people watching!!:)

Enjoy your 4th of July all! Don't we just LOVE SUMMER!!!!

Hi Ladies,

I got a second workout this afternoon, BC and Core Synergistics this morning, went to work, did some cleaning, I am feeling full of energy, I am just wondering how will I feel tomorrow.

Well I surprised myself today. I am usually not a treadmill runner as I like to run outside, but I got on that treadmill in the fitness center here at the hotel, turned up my music on my MP3 player and went at it. I ran 5.5 miles with a half mile warm up and a half mile cool down. I felt great afterwards!! I spent some time in the whirlpool relaxing those muscles.

I may have to rethink my use of a treadmill when I start on my workout room. It would be nice to run in climate control.
