Hi Fit Ladies,
This morning I did Core Synergistics, I was sweating, using seven pound dumbells. I was hungry so I stop to have breakfast, I want to some cardio later in the day. I completed week 8 of P90X, I do all of the weight training workouts but I substitute, Imax 3 for Plyo X sometimes and KPC for Kenpo X. The workouts are great, but Tony annoys me, I find his humor very corny. I never get tired of Cathe, I love her humor, she has the body I will like to have, she inspires me.
