Daily check-in 01/08/2005

I'm back...and I survived.

L & G was painful but not as bad as I had envisioned..probably because I kept my weights on the lighter side and didn't use ankle weights. For the 20 min of cardio I did the kickbox and hi/lo segments of 10*10*10. I think I will just alternate all types of cardio in everywhere she calls for the run for now...when the weather begins to cool off in a couple of months I may attempt running in evenings after DH gets home but for now I'll use substitutes. :)

Tomorrow calls for IMAX 1 which I do not have soooo...IMAX 2 here I come! :eek: Haven't done this one in full yet...may get split in half and done as a morning and evening work out...we shall see how I do!

Hey ladies,

I just finished PS CST and it felt great doing it! I forgot how good the workout is. I waited thirty mins. after the workout and did 40 pushups! Of course I did 10 in sets of 4 on my knees. Okay,okay, I know I'm a wimp, I am working my way up to 10 pushups on toes this month. this was tough on me!

So I have PS BBA left to do this afternoon. I'm not brave to have done the total body back to back!

Hi Sandra...

I am loving the hardcore rotation.

I lost three pounds during the fatloss rotation, 3/4" off my waist and 3/4" off my thighs.

During the muscle indurance rotation, I have shaved 6 minutes off my 3 mile runs. My weight has stayed the same, but lost another 1/4" off my waist and another 1/4" off my thighs.

I started muscle building today....I seem to have lost some strength, as I strugggled through GS: C & T. Hopefully, the strength will come back quickly!

I can highly recommend this rotation....it has been a lot of fun, with little boredom factor.

Good luck with your workouts....the time is getting close!

Hey girls,

completed my workouts for today. It was pleasant but tough! I did PS CST and 40 pushups this morning. This afternoon I was attempting to do 100 situps, but end up doing 92 and a rubbed raw tail bone! Never will I do those again! I will attempt to doo 100 crunches next time!Any way, I did PS BBA also this afternoon, and it felt great! I forgot how good the PS workouts could be.

hey all. i did MM upper body premix today. my arms are all noddle-ish now. tomorrow i am plannin to go to the gym to do legs and cardio. should be interesting since i have not been to the gym in years!

Finished my w/o and I'm wiped out!! Pushmowed my yard and it took 2 1/2 hours instead of the usual 2. That grass was so THICK!!

Here's what the HRM said -

AHR 133 MHR 154 Calorie burned 1040

Boy I'm tired!!

Now the yard needs raking because it was so thick but that will have to wait until tomorrow.
 
I'll do better than that, PLEASE come tomorrow and rake this monster of a yard!!! Tomorrow is circuit day for me but I will count raking my yard as a circuit w/o. By the time I finish, that rake is going to feel like a 50-pound barbell!!! ugh.... This is all after DD and I spend all day moving her stuff to her new apartment. We'll be doing this all week!!
