Good morning ladies,

Today I did Hardstrikes - minus abs. Next I did Exhale Core Fusion Pilates Plus ab segment. I just love the music in hardstrikes. For me, this just fun fun fun.

Hi Siobhan,
I do like HS so much more now than when it first came out. It has become a definite "go to" workout for boxing with Cathe.

Today I started the Jan. rotation - did RWH Plyo One and X10 Cardio Blast ( some on my rebounder). Felt pretty strong!
At work for awhile, then home..
 
Hi gals,

No workout yesterday but my youngest son did pass the driving portion of Driver's ed so that is good. Now just needs more practice before trying for his license.

Today was 22 minutes of Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Camp then 2 Taebo Express workouts and soon will be heading to the gym for weights.
