daily challenges for week of NOV. 19

I think I will not post any daily challenges for next week (11/19-11/23). This will give everyone a break from feeling like they need to do something 'extra', and I am sure everyone will be busy with holidays.

But I'll be back...on Nov. 26....with a vengeance !! It will be time to WORK OFF that turkey and stuffing and dessert !!!!!!!!!!!! }( }(

Well, I don't have any days off next and I also don't have Thanksgiving, therefore no food to work off the following week, so I'll still be doing daily challenges. Especially since I'll have more time to work out next week.
