I have all your cycle DVDs & enjoy the work outs very much & find them all very challenging. However, I have just attended a training course in Cycle Instructing & I have been advised that the "Hover" & "Jumps" are not a safe maneuver's that should not be performed on a bike. Are you able to respond to this statement as all your cycle DVDs perform these maneuver's in them.
