Does anyone have a diet that they have used and has has great results on for losing the last ten pounds. I am halfway through my weight loss plan and is looking for a diet that is between 1200-1300 calories. This should include all foods groups with carb cycling on higher and and lower training days.The calories should spread out over 5 or 6 meals each day. I am training six days per week using Cathe's rotation.
