Hi, I am new to this forum and have ordered Power Hour video on June 30/03. I am from Canada (ont) and still haven't received it. I have emailed customer service couple times (they say it can take a while). Has anyone else had this problem, and most important how do I get my video??:-(

Hi there - another suggestion from a fellow Canadian - itw works out much better if you order from Cathe's supplier in Canada - www.cksales.com - no duties charged, so you if can be much cheaper. They are in Alberta, so shipping is fast too.

2 to 3 weeks in the norm for Canada once your order has been shipped, but I've seen it take a month. You ordered right before the July 4th Holiday and I know we didn't take any orders to the post office that week...so your order probably has only been a little more than two weeks in transit.

Hi Sherry,

I too am a fellow Canadian and second the motion for CK Sales. I have ordered all my DVDs through them and never had a problem. I live in Toronto and my order usually arrives within one week of placing it. I know ... once you've placed your order it is sooooo hard to wait. Just like a kid waiting for Christmas.
