In general, I have heard very good things about your customer service. I have to say that I am very disappointed, though. I recently ordered 3 of your tapes and received them in a very timely manner. One, however, the Timesaver DVD was very defective. Workouts #4 and #5 skip, jump, freeze, etc. I have sent 3 emails to customer service and have yet to receive any acknowledgment at all.
Have they been on vacation?

We're totaly up to date on our customer service emails. If you have not received an acknowledgment it means you're not emailing the correct address. You need to email [email protected]

We use an automated ticketing system that automatically and immediately sends you a response stating what your ticket # is and approximately when we will get back to you.
 
Thank you for your quick response. That is the email address that I have sent my concerns to every time and have yet to receive even the automated response with the ticket number.
