Hi Cathe ,I hate to even bring this up here, but for some reason I have been blocked from sending you a direct/priviate email, maybe I am not allowed to do this? I was very discouraged with your customer service concerning my email, username and password. Which is really odd because I have never had a problem in the past. They simply told me to reregister if I didn't remember, which would have been fine if I COULD ACTUALLY REREGISTER. It wouldn't let me because someone else had my email (ME!!). I wrote back several times asking if they could take my email off the register so I could reregister again, since they knew it was my email. They ignored all my emails. Luckly after a few days of trying, I figured it out since I did know my password. Just wanted to let you know how frustrating it was to not get help when I really needed it. I am not even sure how close you are connected with your customer service, but thought you ought to know that this happened. On the other hand, I am anxious to get your new dvd's. Thanks for all your hard work, as you have kept me motivated & challenged to stay healthy and fit! Have a super week, Lori )
