Hi Cathe and the rest of the crowd: I have a barbell with curves in it where your hands go (I know it has a specific name, but am blanking out on it). Are there any advantages/disadvantages to it over a straight bar? I've used this one for years, but it sometimes feels strange with some of the exercises--I find I really have to work hard to keep my wrists straight at times.
