Hey everyone,
Need some opinions please....would you consider the CTX series a good "intermediate to advanced" rotation/set for someone getting back into fitness? I have been using Cathe's LIS and BF/BS DVDs including the strength workouts for several weeks...thinking of trying CTX next to up the cardio and weights. Or, would it be a good idea to try a couple of other full body workouts twice a week or so, such as MIS/MM/SS/PP? I haven't done CTX in ages, thought it might keep me interested with all the variety. I am mainly trying to burn fat/lose weight and tone up right now. Thanks!
