CTX weights.

I'm just curious: How is everyone finding the weight workouts on CTX? Specifically, what about the amount of the weights? I was doing PS SLA with a 55-pound barbell, and I did Leaner Legs with a 35-pound barbell. It was hard, but I wasn't sore from it the next day, so next time I'm going to try 45 pounds. On the chest workout, I can only manage 25 pounds in CTX, and in PS CST, I was using 45 pounds (I just worked up to that level.) Both times after doing the CTX chest workout, I was sore the next day.

Also, how is everyone finding the plank work? I've got a lot to work up to with those darn planks!! (Cathe, please forgive me for all the horrible things I said about you while I was doing those plank workouts!!

I am noticing some good results from these workouts, I must say. What about it, everyone?
 
I just posted to say

that I just did 35lbs on LL. of course I just got my 1st barbell on Sat. So I was very pleased. On the chest work I can't get past 25lbs yet and I'm always sore after that too. I did back yesterday with 25lbs and I'm not sore at all today. Next time I'm going to try 35lbs. Plank work is killer isn't it? I never realized how different it would work me

CTX Weights

Hi Val! I too had to drop my weight with these new tapes. We worked our muscles at a slower pace with the PS tapes and we were able to go heavier. I'm finding the pace fast and hard! More fatigued and I can only do one body part a day. If I do do 2 body parts, I had to break it up in the course of the day; 1 in the am and the other tape in the pm. Otherwise, I'm getting great results and loving it! Kathy
