CTX Upperbody split and kickbox

What's your opinion of them? I hear a lot about LL (and I did it this morning, I can see why!!) and I have done all the cardio now , but still haven't done Upperbody and kickbox and wonder how they compare to Cathe's other workouts? Do you like to do them start to finish or just parts??
I love having new Cathe workouts to look forward to!!:)
