Hi all,
Just looking for opinions/options here. I've done upper body of CTX twice, and both times I did all of the upper body parts on the same day, within the same workout. Am I alone, or is this too much for some other people, too?? I find there is so much forearm work in this workout (not complaining, I like it and need it) that my forearms get too fatigued to effectively hit my tris and bis with the same intensity as the other muscle groups. I want to split it into 2 routines that I can do on back-to-back days, without overuse of any assisting muscles. Example: If I do Chest, Back and Shoulders on Monday, can i do Tris and Bis on Tuesday without suffering from overuse of assisting muscles? Any opinions? Thanks.
PS- LOVE the workout though. It's a killer.
Kathy
