CTX tricep work

Hi all!

I'm 21 weeks into my second pregnancy and am really trying to keep my weight work up. I was wondering if it's okay to do the bench tricep work on an incline or if the incline would make it hard to keep the emphasis on the triceps.

Hi Michele-
I am not an expert but any means, but I am 27 weeks into my pregnancy. I have been doing the CTX tricep work on an incline bench and it seems to be working out great. I can feel the work in my triceps just fine.
I posted a question to Sheila a while back in re to benchwork for triceps in the second trimester... She gave me some good tips if you are interested. It should be on the 1st or second page of this forum.
