I especially liked the weight training segments! I got some good muscle definition with her workouts. Leaner Legs is my favorite of the strength training segments. The cardio is very intense, and very efficient. For example, if you really put a lot into it, the Kickbox tape can really get you sweating.
Personally, I always substituted at least one day of some other kind of cardio when I was on a CTX rotation, and it was always walking for me. You could ride a bike if you wanted to. 4 days a week of stepping is too much for me, but that's just me. I love stepping, don't get me wrong, but my legs don't like it!
All in all, it's a very good set and well worth the $ to get it. You can't beat the variety. Does that help at all?
