Hey all! I need your advice. I am finishing my 2nd week with CTX and I had planned on doing this same rotation for 6 weeks total. Do you all think that is a good idea? Also, do you have a specific order you do all the tapes in week or do you mix it up every week? After the 6 weeks, I planned on kicking it up by adding some jogging, PS series and Body Max or MIS. I have most of Cathe's tapes with the exception of Power Hour and Cardio Kicks. Any advice would be great!
