CTX results?

Hi,
I've been saving up to get the CTX series on DVD but Cathe keeps posting the new series and I'm losing my mind! Anyway, for those of you who have the CTX series, could you share your results please?
My goal is to lose weight, get some arm muscles and lose the keg. I'm down from a 16 to a 6 now and just want to see if I can hit 4...or 2 or 0...(grin)

Congrats on your big drop from a 16 to a 6. That is truly a terrific accomplishment.

As to your question. For me, if I do the CTX series as is, I really build up my cardio endurance and I seem to get leaner. I know the cardio sections are short but they are very intense and include intervals in all of them.

If I want to concentrate on muscle definition then I need to add an additional body part per day so that I get each part in 2times (not twice LL, though!) I have rotated CTX with the PS series and I have done a push/pull using all ctx. For example, I'll do Power Circuit (with back) and add on the chest weight work from S&I. I have also done Jillybean's 2x ctx rotation. Many times during the weight work, Cathe suggests that if you are using heavier weights you can slow down the reps, etc. I believe you can do just about anything with the CTX series (especially dvd which makes mixing and matching so easy.)

What KEG?? You are a size 6 girl!!! I must also offer my congrats on such an impressive weight loss!!

LOL...Thanks! But it really is a keg! I think I'm an apple...gain it all around the belly, but we were laughing yesterday when I got the new jeans ( I rushed home to squeal that I had gone down another size...girlie moment! ) because it was quite obvious I was missing hip bones. My niece who is a size 1 has big hips and we were laughing because mine dont stretch the jeans out and it's just a staright line down from my lovely keg to my legs. Does that mean I'm a ruler once the keg disappears? I don't think any amount of squatting,lunging or leg pressing would change the shape of your bones. Anyway, the belly must go.
