CTX Question....

I recently started a rotation using CTX. Has anyone seen any setbacks as far as cardio/weight loss goes using CTX?? I'm trying to lose 10-15 lbs (have lost 4 lb so far)and I'm not sure if I should keep my cardio sessions longer as in my previous rotation or continue to just stick with the cardio in CTX as is. I feel as if I should be doing more cardio, but on the flip side, my first week of this CTX rotation has been so great....I love getting my workouts done in under an hour! Any thoughts???

I know you can do just fine with the CTX series PROVIDED you watch what you eat!!!! Keep a food journal if you're not doing it already. If you're afraid the CTX cardio is not sufficient, you can always raise your step level from 6" to 8", if you can. That's what I do. Those 30 minute cardios are plenty because they are so intense.

For what it's worth, take it or leave it.
