CTX Kickbox

Any kickbox workout will do. CTX KB is only about 40 minutes, though so you can either shorten whichever one you choose to sub it with or just do the whole thing and get in a little extra cardio. ;)

I would recommend 4DS Kickbox since it's short and intense (but I'm biased since that one is my FAVORITE kickbox workout of all time!) or you could choose one of the premixes from KPC or KM. Cardio Kicks would also be a great sub band comes in at about an hour.

If you have KPC, you could do the first part of that.. ( stop at the part where Cathe does intervals.) It would be about the same amount of time, and about the same amount of intensity.
