Hi, Everyone:

I finally was able to order the series, and am playing the UPS tracking game while I anxiously await its arrival. I've been working 50-60 hr weeks all winter but am starting to see my workout time increasing enough soon so that I can get back to a routine of 3-5 workouts a week. By spring I should be back to 5-6 days per week. Can anyone give me some advice on how to use the series while I don't have time to complete the cycle in one week? I'm a Cathe veteran, and should be able to figure out something like this myself, but if you folks who know the tapes well give me some suggestions it will help me get going right after I mug the UPS guy, and it will help me bide my time till he arrives. Thanks in advance!!

My thoughts

How about picking a few of the cardio portions to do each week and combine weights sections ala' the PS series. You could do, say, kickboxing with back, biceps, and abs, All Step with chest, shoulders, and triceps, and then Meaner, I mean, Leaner Legs the 3rd day. If it turns out that week you have an extra couple of days, you can do whatever cardio you feel like. But if it turns out to be a crazy week, you have your bases covered. Or if you have 1 body part you really want to focus on,a nd know you're likely to have at least 4 days to work out that week, do the cardio section that goes with that body part and do it on its own day. Just my 2 cents. Take it or leave it! :) Have a good day!

RE: My thoughts

....or try the morning-evening split with cardio in the am and weights in the pm, or vice versa. I've done that before. Now I'm doing only CTX and only in the morning. It's done and out of the way, no matter what comes up later in your day. It works our VERY well!!
