I finally was able to order the series, and am playing the UPS tracking game while I anxiously await its arrival. I've been working 50-60 hr weeks all winter but am starting to see my workout time increasing enough soon so that I can get back to a routine of 3-5 workouts a week. By spring I should be back to 5-6 days per week. Can anyone give me some advice on how to use the series while I don't have time to complete the cycle in one week? I'm a Cathe veteran, and should be able to figure out something like this myself, but if you folks who know the tapes well give me some suggestions it will help me get going right after I mug the UPS guy, and it will help me bide my time till he arrives.
