I'd really like that! It was very fun and motivating to check in with you and Joy every day and to see what we were each doing.
Speaking of doing, here's what I've been up to (fitness wise) for the past few days...
Wednesday- did Slow and Heavy Chest and Back with abs and additional ab work. Really got a good burn in the chest especially and felt very strong. The plank work (which counts for abs in this Slow and Heavy workout) was not so pretty as my lower back was feeling the tension so I couldn't really hold them for that long. One day I hope to get better at these and hold them with good form for as long as Cathe. Because I was feeling wimpy about the planks, did 10 minutes of Quick Fix abs.
Wednesday part 2- went with my sister later that day to her health club and did some additional stuff. Did the ellipitical machine for 30 minutes and then did some ab work on the stability ball. Can't believe that I did stability ball stuff in public. Usually I'm rolling all over the place at home

Thursday- 5k walk to feed the hungry. Managed to do the whole thing in just over an hour which is not bad when you're doing the course with 18,000 other people. Plus, I was walking one of my sister's dogs who periodically had to stop to do his thing and sniff random stuff.
Friday- day off. Am recovering from a turkey hangover

So tomorrow is Slow and Heavy bi's and tri's. And Sunday will be a cardio workout, probably StepFit.
