If you do a search under abs in the FitMoms forum you will find tons of information and ideas about ab work during pregnancy.
Following what I've learned from this forum, I did regular ab work until I was 13 weeks along and am now doing ab work on an incline, but not reverse crunches. When I get further along, I am planning on doing more ab work on my hands and knees using my belly weight as resistance.
