Crossfit type of workout

STS and Ripped with HIIT are my favourite programs. Crossfit type of workout is something that Cathe has never done or may be I am wrong?

I would absolutely love for her to make this type of work out. There is a need for this type workout for the home exerciser as there are not many DVDs workouts available Please let this be your next series..

I'm not that familiar with Crossfit. Does Cathe have anything close to it?
Not 100 percent sure. I am learning a lot about fitness being member here. So crossfit includes elements of high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, girevoy sport, calisthenics, strongman. So I think Cathe has a bootcamp workout close to it but bootcamp workouts over all don't include olympic lifting. Crossfit workout ia something like:Warmup; 25 box jumps; 25 squats; 25 pull-ups; 1 mile run; do everything second time around. I don't think Cathe has a workout, structured this way.
