I found this book while browsing the bookstore the other day and even though it may not appeal to everyone, I thought I'd pass along the info here. I'm still reading the exercise technique sections and learning things about my form that I can improve even on "simple" exercises like pushups that I have been doing forever. It has nice glossy pictures. It's a 9 week program. It says you need a squat rack and a pull bar, neither of which I have, but I'm sure I can substitute another exercise for any that use equipment I dont have yet. It discusses barefoot running as well which I found an interesting read but I'll be keeping my shoes on still
I'm not sure I'll do the 9 week program or use Cathe workouts to supplement it with along the way.
