Cross-training UB strength combo!

Good morning Cathe fans!
I'm having trouble typing....my arms are fried!!! I just did Cathe's 5 new strength segments back-to-back for a complete UB workout. As each muscle group got fatigued, it got harder to get thru each segment using the weights Cathe used. It was one tough hour, let me tell you!!!

I'm on week 3 of my 2nd BFL challenge, and am tweaking the workout portions of the program a bit. My first 12 weeks of BFL, I did it completely BY THE BOOK. This time I'm adding extra cardio as desired (i.e., Cathe's fun new cardio segments!), and using Cathe's new videos for strength. So far, so good!

Anyway, just thought I'd share this info, maybe it'll help some other BFL-Cathe fan!

I have read what everyone

is saying about BFL. I don't have the book and I'm pretty clueless about the program. Is this really that good? Should I get it and give it a try? I'll be honest I only want to lose 5lbs. Can this help me? Or is it for people who need to lose 20lbs or more, as I've seen a lot of programs say. Any info/advice would be appericated. I want to enter a fitness competition, in 2001(don't know what one or even where to start, but that's my goal) So will BFL help or hinder or is there something else out there that's better? Thanks in advance
